September 2024 update

I tried the Pulsio Air massage gun. An interesting well-built device, but for massaging I prefer my own hands. Could come in handy, however, in some situations.
L-Theanine is a supplement that I’ve been using for years. Now I’m taking it before bed with great results on sleep quality.
I tilted the seat of my office chair somewhat, to align the pelvis and support the natural curvature of the spine. Seems to work out well for my posture and sacroiliac joint pain.
I did a 60 minute session on a multiwave oscilator, a.k.a. the Lakhovsky chair. I did not notice any effects, during nor after.
