November 2024 update

I had my biological age measured with an AGE scanner that looks at Advanced Glycation End products in the skin. It was 8 years lower than my chronological age.
I continue to do stabilising exercises for my sacroiliac joint with good results regarding pain.
Trying out zinc-l-carnosine in combination with mct-oil for gut health. Another new combo: vinpocetine and ginkgo biloba to increase blood flow to the brain.
Micro-dosing with ibogaine regularly – still one of the best productivity and mood enhancers for me.
