I completed yet another five day water-fast in December. Micro-dosing ibogaine did not relieve the usual discomfort, unfortunately.
Daily practising the Dead Hang for spine and sacroiliac joint health.
Adding Chinese ginger (a.k.a. ’fingerroot’) to my curries for general health.
Taking the polyamine spermidine for three days to increase autophagy – which seems to work.
I tried Ketocare exogenous ketones of the brand Nutramin. There was some improvement in cognition, but not enough to justify the high price of over 6 euro per dose.
